1. General Provisions

Welcome to Visual Idea Network. By proceeding with the purchase of our products, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. It is imperative that you read them carefully.

2. Software Purchases

   • License Key Delivery: Upon the successful completion of payment, a license key for the software will be transmitted to the email address provided during the purchase process.
   • Refund Policy: Once the license key has been issued, refunds are not permissible. We strongly advise that you ensure the software aligns with your requirements prior to making a purchase.
   • Usage Rights: The license key grants you the rights to utilize the software in accordance with the stipulations outlined in the End User License Agreement (EULA).
   • Software Installation: Please be advised that we do not provide software installation services, tutorials, or guides. Our offerings are limited to the provision of the license.

3. Hardware Purchases

   • Warranty: All hardware products are subject to the warranty provided by the manufacturer. The terms and duration of the warranty will be specified by the manufacturer and included with the product.
   • Returns and Exchanges: The processes for returns and exchanges are governed by the manufacturer’s policies. For assistance with any warranty claims, please contact our customer service department.

4. Payment Terms

   • Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways.
   • Pricing: All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to modification without prior notice.
   • PO Payment: Payment for purchase orders requires a deposit of 80% of the product price.

5. Shipping and Delivery

   • Shipping: We provide shipping services within Malaysia. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times may vary based on the destination and chosen shipping method.
   • Delivery: Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of checkout. Visual Idea Network shall not be held accountable for any delays incurred by the shipping carrier.
   • Software Shipping (Physical CD) Usually RFQ: Estimate delivery timeline 30 days – 48 days (depend stock availability), we shall not be held accountable for any delays incurred by the shipping carrier.
   • Software (Licenses): The licenses will be delivery via email within 24 hours – 48 hours.

6. Limitation of Liability

   • Disclaimer: Visual Idea Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
   • Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
